ژانت سل فیبرومای زبان، یک تومور نادر خوش خیم فیبروزه بافت همبند است که تمایل زیادی به درگیری لثه دارد و اغلب در خانم های زیر 30 سال دیده می شود. تاکنون موارد کمی از آن گزارش شده است. هدف از این مطالعه، گزارش یک مورد ژانت سل فیبرومای دهانی بر روی زبان آقای 65 ساله می باشد. به دلیل آنکه ژانت سل فیبروما در تشخیص افتراقی با سایر تومورهای خوش خیم بافت نرم قرار می گیرد، تشخیص آن حائز اهمیت است؛ زیرا از انجام جراحی های گسترده و غیر ضروری برای بیمار جلوگیری می شود.
